Lehtisaari

Lehtisaari is a summer cottage maintained by the Jyväskylä parish youth services. It is located on an island in Lake Tuomiojärvi, near the city centre. All of the services at Lehtisaari are free of charge.

Located in the heart of Finnish Lakeland, the Jyväskylä Region offers a wide selection of beaches: 53 in the city of Jyväskylä and more than 100 in the entire region. Take your pick and enjoy the beautiful scenery with all of your senses.

 

Jyväskylä

On a hot summer day, it feels wonderful to take a refreshing swim in a lake in the city. North of the city centre, you will find Tuomiojärvi Beach, where you can play beach volleyball or engage in other activities, in addition to swimming and sunbathing.
