Rules of Visit Jyväskylä’s sporting challenge campaign 

1. The campaign is organised by Visit Jyväskylä (henceforth referred to as the Campaign Organiser)

2. Duration of campaign: The campaign will run from 1.1. - 30.11.2017.

3. Participation in the campaign: Visit Jyväskylä challenges you to exceed yourself in a sporting manner in some of Jyväskylä’s finest locations. See the challenges at or on Visit Jyväskylä’s Facebook page ( Choose the challenge that best suits you or even attempt them all. Perform the challenge in your own style and with the people of your choice, take a photo or video of what goes on and upload it to Instagram using the hashtag #jklmoving and you have a chance to win! Remember also to follow Visit Jyväskylä @visitjyvaskyla ( The settings of your Instagram account must be public in order for the photo/video to be seen by all users. By taking part in the campaign competitors agree to abide by the campaign rules. The campaign does not require any purchases.

4. Campaign prizes: The best entries will receive a prize! The five coolest or funniest entries will each receive a gift voucher (recreational activities or pampering in the Jyväskylä Region) to a value of 100 euro. Winners will be notified personally via Instagram either in the form of a private message or as a comment on the photo/video. The Instagram user names of the winners may be published at and on Visit Jyväskylä’s own electronic channels. Campaign prizes are personal and cannot be exchanged for money or other goods or services. Prize winners are responsible for any expenses incurred in collecting their prize (including travel costs).

5. Publication of photos/videos: The photo/video must have been taken by the competitor her/himself and in accordance with Instagram’s terms and conditions of use. The Campaign Organiser may republish photos/videos posted using the hashtag #jklmoving on Visit Jyväskylä’s Instagram account together with the publication data and photos/videos may be reposted via a link on Visit Jyväskylä’s Facebook page. Photos/videos published using the hashtag #jklmoving may be used on the above –mentioned channels without separate compensation in connection with the sporting challenge.

6. Campaign Organiser’s liability: The Campaign Organiser shall not be liable for data communication errors or similar technical problems that may occur when submitting an entry which prevent participation. Prize winners shall relieve the Campaign Organiser from all expenses associated with the collection and use of prizes awarded. The Campaign Organiser undertakes not to collect participants’ aliases or other data or use these for the purposes of direct marketing.

The above rules apply to all competitors. The Campaign Organiser reserves the right to modify the rules without separate notification. This campaign is not sponsored, recommended or administered by Instagram.
