The lakeside sauna is beside a private, shallow beach. The lounge is perfect for meetings and gatherings. The building has free WiFi and a large flat screen TV with a full range of connections.

Restaurant Santeri offers excellent food with friendly service, guaranteeing the success of your event or party. We favour locally produced Finnish ingredients. The restaurant is open during the term time at Alkio College and by agreement.
Tähtelä is surrounded by beautiful places to see and visit. One of the survey points of the famous Struve Geodetic Arc, located on top of Oravinvuori hill and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List, as well as the Vaarunvuoret Nature Trail (4 km) are within 20 km of Tähtelä.
The famous and busy harbour of Jyväskylä’s Korpilahti features the Höyry Gallery, created and managed by enamel artist Ulla Huttunen and carpenter Arto Salminen. Café-restaurant Satamakapteeni hosts regular events, such as music festivals, summer fairs and children’s events.
