Sauna and yoga have much in common - in both cases you relax and release and tension. Saunayoga is a 30-minute exercise held in the infrared sauna heated to approximately 50 degrees centigrade. Throughout the session, you will have to do a sequence of simple yoga movements, which both tone your muscles and help you stretch.
Unlike in the cases of traditional sauna sessions, the suitable outfit for this session are a T-shirt and shorts. Please remember to take a bottle of water with you. After the session try to drink plenty of water in order to avoid dehydration.
