Sauna Yoga

Sauna Yoga is ideal after outdoor activities when you want to relax and stretch your different muscles before going to sauna - and you don’t need any yoga experience!

The 30-minute Sauna Yoga session will be in the Tent Sauna which is located at Lake Iso-Virmas and for the yoga heated to 50 degrees centigrade. The yoga strengths and stretch your body, and boosts your metabolism.

Unlike in the cases of traditional sauna sessions, the suitable outfit for this session are a T-shirt and shorts. The package includes beverages and towels for sweating.
