Social Programme <\/h1>

Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 is located in the heart of a beautiful Finnish lake district. There are lots of interesting sites and programme options in Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 and its surroundings \u2013 only half an hour away \u2013 for enlivening and supplementing your conference. Here you can find different options for social programme.<\/p>\n

In the summer, you can enjoy a cruise on the beautiful P\u00e4ij\u00e4nne lake, have a go at canoeing, rafting, hiking, fishing, or even an open-air dance. The region’s numerous golf courses are also open in the summer. Smoke sauna, a Finnish specialty, is also worth trying.<\/p>\n

Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 and its vicinity have several skiing centres, offering opportunities for cross-country as well as downhill skiing in the winter.<\/p>\n

A tour of the city is an apt programme number for a conference. With an experienced and trained guide from the Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 Tourist Guides’ Association, congress delegates can relive the history and today of the city and learn about its architecture, culture, nature and economy.<\/p>\n

Aalto2-museum centre<\/h2>

The Aalto2 Museum Centre consists of two different museums, the Museum of Central Finland and the Alvar Aalto Museum. In addition to interesting basic exhibitions, the museum centre offers a programme of versatile exhibitions, guided tours and events.<\/p>\n

The Aalto2 Museum Centre offers experiential group guided tours of permanent exhibitions, such as In Search of Central Finland, which traces the history of Central Finland from prehistoric treasure troves to the turn of the 21st century. The maximum size of a group tour is 20 people.<\/p>\n

Paviljonki<\/h2>

In addition to Paviljonki venue reservations, you can also easily get other event organizer’s services for your event through sales service. The services include event planning, accommodation and registration services, and program planning and booking.<\/p>\n

Paviljonki\u2019s sales services receives participant registrations, participation fees and accommodation reservations, handles invoicing and provides the necessary reports to the event organizer. If necessary, Paviljonki\u2019s sales person will be on site during the event to help.<\/p>\n
