Säynätsalo Town Hall is one of Finland’s newest UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It forms part of the Aalto Works serial property, comprising 13 buildings and sites designed by Alvar Aalto. It enjoys a unique position in the history of modern architecture.
During the tour, you will hear fascinating stories and facts about Aalto’s life, architecture, and the history of Säynätsalo. The tour takes about half an hour, and after that, you are allowed to experience the building more on your own.
