In the Gently Lazy – sessions, we come together in the candlelight, the gentle sound of the singing bowls, and listen to the body.
This is a moment when you do not need to perform anything.
Just be, breathe, and let the body return to its own rhythm.
In the sessions, we do somatic exercises, conscious breathing, and relaxing movements that help the nervous system calm down and release stress and tension from the body.
The exercises are suitable for everyone – especially for you who are looking for a gentle pause, peace, and connection with yourself.
