Sauna yoga takes place in a sauna with a temperature under 60 degrees. Movements that open up tensions are done in sync with breathing. This practice is very restorative and calming for the nervous system.
It also brings positive effects on sleep. No experience in yoga is necessary. Bring a water bottle, small towel, and swimsuit/shorts and shirt.
