Welcome to enjoy the löyly of the new landscape sauna and traditional wood-fired sauna in the beautiful Päijänne scenery of Juurikkasaari! We are only a 20-minute drive from the center of Jyväskylä. Between the löyly sessions, you can take a refreshing dip in Lake Päijänne.
You can also reach us by local buses number 16 and 21. Check the schedules on JKL Tickets.
The beach sauna facilities are freely available during your sauna session. There you will find:
WC (hairdryer)
2 showers (shampoo & conditioner)
Changing rooms for women and men, and a spacious sauna cabin to relax after the sauna.
Towels
The sauna is located right by the shore, so you can take a dip from our illuminated jetty. You can also swim at our sandy beach well into the autumn.
The sauna session is a mixed sauna, so please wear a swimsuit. You can also rent a towel from us for 5€ for the duration of your sauna session.
