In 2024, the woman’s national costume of the Vyborg are was unveiled and was complemented in 2026 with two rings that were made based on original rings created by silversmiths from the Vyborg region.
The exhibition presents the national costume ensemble and explains what museum materials the costume was based on and how the design of the national costume progressed from original sources to a finished ensemble. The exhibition also features an old belt pocket from the Vyborg city museum collection, which was borrowed from the Lahti museums and served as a model for the belt pouch of the national costume of a woman from the Vyborg region. The exhibition was realized in cooperation with the Lahti museums.
