Hippos Christmas Markets are a traditional family Christmas event that brings together hundreds of vendors and thousands of visitors annually at Jyväskylä’s Hippos Hall. The 2026 markets will be held on Saturday, November 28th from 10:00 to 15:00.
From the vendors’ tables at the event, you can once again find a wide selection of different products, such as home décor items, jewelry, various delicacies, and diverse handicraft products. The selection surely has something for everyone, and of course plenty of products suitable as Christmas gifts!
Hippos Christmas Markets are an important fundraising event for Nuorten Suomi ry, with the proceeds enabling work that supports and promotes young people’s agency and participation.
Admission to the event is free – welcome to visit and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere!
