Rules for the prize draw via the website feedback form

2.The draw date and who can take part
The prize draw is held every six months amongst all those who have completed the feedback survey and provided their email address to Visit Jyväskylä Region at the end of the feedback form.
Participants must be aged 18 or over. Employees and representatives of Visit Jyväskylä Region (the City of Jyväskylä) or its subsidiaries or partner organisations, nor their family members or other members of the same household, nor any other persons involved in organising or conducting the prize draw in any other way. Visit Jyväskylä Region reserves the right to require participants to provide proof of their eligibility to enter the prize draw.
3. How to take part and the prize draw
To take part, you must submit feedback via the Visit Jyväskylä Region website when the feedback form appears on your screen. You must complete the form in full and provide your email address at the end so that the prize draw can be carried out.
Winners will be notified of their prize by email sent to the address provided on the feedback form. If a winner cannot be contacted within one (1) week, the organiser of the prize draw reserves the right to re-draw the prize in question or to carry it over to the next draw (in 6 months’ time).
4. Prizes
Every six months, the organiser of the prize draw will draw two experience gift vouchers, each worth 50 euros, for Central Finland. The winner will be offered two options (for example, a theatre gift voucher or a restaurant gift voucher).
5. Processing and sharing of winners’ contact details
Winners will be contacted by email at the email address provided by the person submitting the feedback. If the winners cannot be contacted within a week, the organiser of the prize draw reserves the right to hold a re-draw. The organiser is not responsible if an email does not reach the winner because it ends up, for example, in the ‘Spam’ folder or a similar folder.
6. Contact details
In order to claim your prize, you will provide your details to the organiser of the prize draw (Visit Jyväskylä Region, City of Jyväskylä), who will pass these details on to a partner company. Your details will not be used for any purpose other than the conduct of the prize draw.
7. The organiser’s liability and taxes
There are a total of two prizes to be won every six months. The prizes must be used for the service specified on the gift voucher donated by the relevant company.
Visit Jyväskylä Region (the City of Jyväskylä), which organises the prize draw, is responsible for any lottery tax on the prizes.
The winner is personally responsible for any costs not mentioned in these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable. Neither the prize nor any part of it may be exchanged for cash or any other alternative prize. By entering the prize draw, the entrant accepts that the prize is awarded ‘as is’ and that Visit Jyväskylä Region (the City of Jyväskylä) or any of its partner organisations do not provide any guarantees whatsoever in relation to the prize.
The organiser shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury that has occurred or is alleged to have occurred during the campaign, the prize trip or the event. The organiser shall not be liable if the winner is unable to claim their prize or take part in the competition due to technical problems or incomplete information.
The organiser of the prize draw reserves the right to amend the rules of the prize draw during the prize draw period.
8. Other matters to be taken into account
By entering the prize draw, you agree to all the rules of the prize draw.
