The paddle steamer Elias Lönnrot has been cruising on Lake Keurusselkä since 1986, offering unforgettable experiences to all visitors. This rare vessel is the only large paddle steamer in Finland that operates with side wheels, taking passengers on a unique journey through the Finnish lake scenery from Keuruu harbor and the pier at Hotel Keurusselkä, also to the neighboring Art Town Mänttä-Vilppula.
The ship’s diverse services and themed events, such as children’s music cruises, band nights, and storytelling cruises, create memorable moments. The ship has a full license to serve alcoholic beverages, and the café offers a variety of snacks, sweets, ice cream, and hot and cold drinks.
