Kayaking basics and safety
Before departure, our guide will teach paddling techniques and provide safety instructions. You can participate in the trip even if you have no previous kayaking experience, as everyone is welcome.
Kayaking on Rutäjärvi
After the guidance, we will get into the canoes and explore what Rutäjärvi has to offer!
Lunch break
At some point, we will stop to stretch our legs, get busy with activities, and refresh with snacks.
Harbor
During the trip, we may also experience the “portage”, which means carrying the canoe over land between two bodies of water, just like the wilderness explorers did centuries ago.
End of the trip: Around 18:00, Harjunlahden beach
