The festival offers a vegan brunch, accompanied by curator, choreographer, and researcher Satu Herrala invites the public to a bodily attunement to explore questions of embodiment in the practices of producing and presenting art, and facilitates a discussion on the experiences, needs, and aspirations of artists and audiences. Herrala is conducting doctoral research at Aalto University that explores what happens when embodiment is brought to the center of a curatorial practice. Exhaustion and burnout have become more common in recent years, both in the art world and in society at large. How might artists and audiences, rather than becoming exhausted, find renewal and energy through artistic processes and performances?
