The ground floor of the two-story Talas building has a living room, kitchen, hallway, toilet, sauna, washing facilities, and a large hall that can be set up with tables for an event of about 50 people. The upper floor has spaces for accommodation and activities. At the north end of the house, there is a sauna section. The sauna can be accessed from the hall, and the dressing room has an entrance to a screened cooling area with tables and chairs for relaxing.

Upon request, we provide catering services: a comprehensive celebration service including catering, table setting, decorations, photography, karaoke service or other music, experience and program services. Conference coffee, lunch, or dinner by agreement.
Affordable accommodation is one of the options offered by Talas, and there is also a parking area for four motorhomes in the yard.
