Vaarunhovi is located in Korpilahti, Jyväskylä, overlooking the stunning lakeside scenery of Lake Päijänne. Our main building is a private restaurant for up to 114 guests and was once the childhood home of the painter Alvar Cawén.
On the rest of the property, guests are welcome to bring their own foods and drinks. The spacious grounds and our lakeside location also make unforgettable experiences possible — including arriving at your celebration by boat or even by helicopter.
