Five Canal Cruise: Jyväskylä – Äänekoski – Jyväskylä

Enjoy a full-day cruise from Jyväskylä along the Keitele Canal route all the way to Äänekoski. The Keitele Canal connects Lakes Päijänne and Keitele through five canal locks. Along the way you’ll pass through five locks, several beautiful lakes, and on the return cruise visit the prehistoric rock paintings of Saraakallio.

The vessel features a fully licensed restaurant. During the cruise, a generous buffet lunch is available and can be pre-booked for an additional charge. Sweet and savoury snacks, ice cream and refreshments are also available for purchase on board.

There are several stops along the route, allowing you to board or disembark at different locations and create a journey that suits your plans.

Travelling by bike? Bring your bicycle on board for an additional €10.
