Jyväskylä Travel Centre
The Matkakeskus Travel Centre and Matkahuolto terminal located in the heart of Jyväskylä is a hub for train and long-distance bus traffic. The Travel Centre offers easy access to the city centre, fairs and other public events in the direction of the Paviljonki congress centre and the harbout in Lutakko. In the immediate vicinity of Matkakeskus there is also ample parking space. See Jyväs-Parkki’s street parking locations here and car parks here. (in Finnish).
Bus tickets are available for Matkahuolto long-distance buses in the nearby Matkahuolto cargo centre. VR train tickets can be bought from the ticket machines at the Travel Centre. Additionally, the Travel Centre houses restaurants and small shops where you can buy a snack or something to read on your trip. Luggage lockers of different sizes are available (width 37-39cm/height 57-90cm/depth 72-88cm). The cost is 2 € per locker (only 2 € coins accepted). Luggage can be stored up to 24 hours, after which the lockers are emptied and stored in the Travel Centre storage. There is also an ATM and toilet facilities (for a fee).
You are allowed to bring your pet to the Travel Centre.

Bus tickets can be purchased from the bus driver as well if there is room on the bus. Be prepared for cahs and card payment as the payment differ according to the vehicle and the company.
