The lean-to is located along the Pikkukakkonen accessible trail from Latu’s Lodge, which is about 1,200 meters long. In winter, the trail has ski tracks, so access is only possible on skis or via the nature trail.
The lean-to itself is accessible, but the woodshelter is not.
