Äänemäki is a versatile sports centre suitable for year-round exercise. In winter, you can go down the well-maintained slopes on skis or snowboards.  In addition to traditional skiing, you can find Snowpark with two jumps and rails on the slope. Children can go down the slope-side hill with sledges and slides. The area has a snowshoe trail in winter and in summer you can explore the area on marked mountain bike routes.   

From the Äänemäki lookout tower you can see the magnificent Keitele lake and enchanting forests. There is a new set of exercise stairs in Äänemäki serve fitness enthusiasts and landscape lovers. Under the hill, you can eat your snacks in the lean-to open all year round.
