The nation’s only Sauna Village is located in Jämsä’s Juokslahti, only five minutes by car from Himos. The Sauna Village lets you journey back hundreds of years through Finnish sauna history, as well as enjoy a genuine sauna experience. The oldest of the historic smoke saunas at the Sauna Village date from the 18th century, whereas the newest saunas represent smoke sauna construction from the 1940s.
