Sararanta harbour at Laukaa is known as a port of positive winds. As a high-quality guest harbour it is a very pleasant place to spend some time in. It is also the venue for many public events. The harbour of Laukaa is located by Saraavesi Lake in the village of Laukaa.
The whole family will enjoy their time in the lakeside park. The lakeside park has a playground and a traffic park for children, a mini golf course and a beach volley ground. There is an ice swimming facility in the harbour in winter.
There is also a cafe in the area.
Services for boaters
The harbour is located along the Keitele-Päijänne waterway which is known for its natural beauty. When heading north, you can sail all the way to South Konnevesi National Park and as far as Viitasaari. The southbound route will take you to Lake Päijänne.
The Laukaa marina provides boaters with full services, including 22 berths, fuel distribution, a drinking water distribution centre, electricity charging points, as well as a toilet, shower, laundry and drying facilities.
