The approximately four-kilometer-long Palvia Nature Trail winds through spruce forests, swamps, and an old-growth forest area. The trail partly follows boardwalks, and along the route, there is a kota (a traditional Finnish hut) and a campfire site. The trail is of moderate difficulty and suitable for a day trip. The old-growth forest area, Ryönänkases, found along the route, has been included in the Natura 2000 conservation program.
