The garden is beautifully tended, complete with a kitchen garden providing herbs, berries and other vegetables and plants that guests are welcome to use for cooking. Private beach, rowboat and patio. The beach has a firm sandy bottom and is safe for swimming. The heat-storing fireplace and wood-heated sauna stove create a cosy atmosphere for a perfect holiday escape. The villa is fully equipped with firewood, sun loungers, different yard games, rowing boat, life jackets, life buoy and fishing rods and fish traps. The villa has been ecologically built from Finnish materials.
The villa can also be rented together with a guest house for additional accommodation. Guest house is not available for rent separately. The guest house has a twin room, shower, toilet and storage space. A two-person kayak and a SUP board can also be rented with advance reservation. Villa B is a medium-sized country house (60 m2), which was refurbished as a holiday home in 2012. The well-appointed house has a traditional open-plan kitchen/living room, a double sofa bed and a double bedroom. The house has all the necessary household appliances, cooking utensils, tableware for six persons, a sauna, a shower room with a washing machine, a toilet, an iron and ironing board. The garden features a patio and a hut with cooking utensils and a smoker box for al fresco cooking and dining. The garden is a quiet oasis with plenty of flowers and shrubs. The house is located 50 m from Leppävesi lake. The village road runs between the house and the lake but the lush vegetation guarantees full privacy. The house comes with its own boat, life-jackets, life buoy and fishing rods and traps. Sun loungers are also included. The beach has a firm sandy bottom and is safe for adult swimmers.
